• Impersonating FIFI VPN, its employees or any other person or organisation.
• Promoting or taking part in any fraudulent or deceptive schemes or practices.
• Scraping, data harvesting or using automated tools to access or collect data from FIFI VPN.
• Reselling or distributing FIFI VPN services without explicit written permission.
• Circumventing any security features, access restrictions or usage limits of FIFI VPN.
• Abusing our refund policy, payment systems, free trials or promotional offers.
• Engaging in any other activity that infringes the rights of FIFI VPN or any third parties.

FIFI VPN reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these acceptable-use terms, including terminating their account without notice and reporting their activity to the appropriate authorities.

• The exact URL or location of the Prohibited Content within the FIFI VPN network.
• If the content infringes copyright, identify the copyrighted work(s).
• Your full name, physical address, email address and phone number.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the content is unauthorised.
• A statement that your report is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the interested party, together with your physical or electronic signature.

FIFI VPN will review all properly submitted reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing the Prohibited Content, suspending or terminating the responsible user’s account and/or reporting the illegal activity to law-enforcement authorities.

If FIFI VPN receives a justified complaint about your use of our Services or determines that you have violated these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to FIFI VPN without prior notice.

The FIFI VPN Services may be subject to export-control and sanctions laws in various jurisdictions, including the United States and the European Union. You warrant that you are not located in an embargoed country or otherwise prohibited from receiving services under applicable export-control laws. By using FIFI VPN, you agree to comply with all relevant export and import rules in your jurisdiction.

All FIFI VPN subscriptions are intended for reasonable personal use. Our Services are not intended for commercial use or for sharing among multiple users.

Although we do not set fixed limits on bandwidth or simultaneous connections, we reserve the right to monitor usage and take appropriate action against accounts that do not use our Services in good faith or that negatively affect the performance of our network.

Examples of unfair use may include, but are not limited to:

• Using an excessive number of simultaneous connections from multiple devices or locations.
• Continuously saturating the available internet channel or excessive uploading/downloading of data.
• Sharing access to your FIFI VPN account with third parties or allowing access to unauthorised users.
• Using FIFI VPN on behalf of or for the benefit of a business, organisation or institution.
• Using FIFI VPN for commercial purposes.

Fair-use limits are necessary to prevent abuse and to ensure that all users can enjoy a high-quality experience with FIFI VPN. If we determine that your use violates these fair-use terms or otherwise harms our Services, we may:

• Contact you to discuss your use and suggest a more suitable plan.
• Limit your connection speed or restrict the available server locations.
• Suspend the subscription or delete your FIFI VPN account without notice or refund.

By using FIFI VPN, you acknowledge that our Services are not intended for activity that generates constant high traffic volumes or places excessive demands on our network infrastructure. We encourage you to use FIFI VPN responsibly to protect your privacy.

By purchasing a FIFI VPN subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes that may apply depending on your location. Subscription prices may change. We will notify you in advance of any price increase.

FIFI VPN subscriptions do not renew automatically at the end of each subscription period; you need to contact our support team to renew your subscription.

Before requesting a refund, we recommend contacting our support team at support@fifivpn.com so we can help resolve any issues you may have encountered.

You are entitled to two refunds. After the first refund, you may request a second refund only if at least 6 months have passed since the previous refund. If you purchase our Services again after receiving two refunds, you will not be eligible for further refunds.

For monthly subscriptions, the 30-day refund window applies only to the initial purchase. After a monthly subscription renews, it is not eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee.

In exceptional cases, we may consider a partial refund after the 30-day period if you can demonstrate that our Services were unavailable or unusable for a significant part of your subscription term and you made reasonable efforts to contact us about it. Partial refunds will be calculated pro rata for the number of days the Services were unavailable during your subscription period.

Refunds are not available for purchases made with prepaid cards or gift cards. For payments made in cryptocurrency, we will refund you the equivalent amount in US dollars in the same cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of the refund.

If you purchased a FIFI VPN subscription through a third party or app store, refunds will be handled in accordance with that provider’s refund policy. Please contact the seller directly to request a refund.

FIFI VPN reserves the right to refuse a refund if we determine that you have violated our Terms of Use. We also reserve the right to review your account usage information before processing a refund, which may cause a slight delay.

Any taxes or fees charged on your FIFI VPN purchase are determined by your location and applicable tax law. Refund amounts will be calculated excluding any taxes that FIFI VPN is required to collect.

Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund.

The FIFI VPN website, apps, services and all related content, including software, logos, text, images and videos, are the exclusive property of FIFI VPN and its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. By using our Services, you do not acquire any ownership rights in FIFI VPN.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use FIFI VPN for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works of FIFI VPN without our prior written consent.

If you provide FIFI VPN with any feedback, suggestions or ideas related to our Services, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use and implement your suggestions without any restriction or compensation to you.

FIFI VPN is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You use our Services at your own risk.

We do not warrant that FIFI VPN will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or free of viruses or other harmful components. FIFI VPN is not liable for any failures, delays or interruptions in our Services, or for any loss of data, damage or breach that may occur while using our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall FIFI VPN, its directors, employees, partners, suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of FIFI VPN, even if they were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to FIFI VPN is limited to the subscription fees you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FIFI VPN, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, expenses or liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms or your violation of the rights of third parties.

FIFI VPN reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive control over the defence of any matter subject to indemnification by you. In such cases, you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.

FIFI VPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms. We may also, at our discretion, terminate inactive accounts or unpaid accounts.

If FIFI VPN terminates your account due to your violation of these Terms, you will not receive a refund for any prepaid subscription payments, and you may be barred from registering to use our Services in the future.

You may cancel your FIFI VPN subscription at any time through our technical support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Except for the 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase, no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

FIFI VPN reserves the right to modify our Services at any time without prior notice. We may need to add, change or remove features, and temporarily or permanently suspend part of our Services. In the event of a material change to or discontinuation of the Service, we will notify subscribers and provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of their subscription.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

The original language of these Terms of Use is English. FIFI VPN may provide translated versions of the Terms for user convenience. However, in the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version prevails and is deemed the authoritative and binding agreement between you and FIFI VPN.
