FIFI VPN offers servers in various countries around the world to give our users the best possible speed and connection. While we strive to choose jurisdictions with strong privacy protections, some of our servers may be located in countries with a lower level of democracy according to generally accepted international standards and indices.

When connecting to servers in these locations, FIFI VPN will show a warning to inform you of the potential risks. These risks include an increased likelihood that local governments may attempt to interfere with your internet traffic or request access to user data. FIFI VPN does not recommend using these servers if you are concerned about possible government interference or surveillance.

To minimise risk, we recommend connecting to servers in countries with strong democratic institutions and strict privacy laws. FIFI VPN does not work directly with governments in countries with a low level of democracy and does not transfer any user data there. However, FIFI VPN is not responsible for any actions taken by local governments in such countries.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our Services and meet our legal obligations:

• Payment information is stored for 10 years from the last payment for tax and accounting purposes.
• Support ticket information is stored for 3 years after resolution, except for device data needed to resolve service issues (stored for a maximum of 6 months).
• When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
